Work or play in outside home when the weather is hot can make dehidration . but, really good when we drink with a big glass cold water. and that effect make cold, as our body said to me, "YES!"

I feeling wide when I face challenge life at same time, I remember if God Beside me !

My friends and my family love me, but that's no warrant if our opiny never hot between us, and make me sad and alone. But, I never really alone. God with me all of time. If I feel as anyone leave me, I know If God beside me for help me.
